Posted on July 4th, 2009 No commentsWith 5008, Peugeot created a new interpretation of classic MPV model. Peugeot 5008 new vehicle combines the strengths of this part respecting the customers, without compromising in terms of the road.
The 5008 also introduces the latest technologies to improve comfort and safety in driving. Thus, the 5008 Peugeot wants to set a new standard in the compact MPV segment.
After crossover 3008, Peugeot is launching a new product – 5008. This compact vehicle with five or seven seats offer a number of facilities that will strengthen the presence of Peugeot cars in the segment of the family. After 308 SW 3008 and the recent crossover model 5008, with a length of 4.53 m and a height of 1.64 m, is the natural extension of the Peugeot range in M1 segment.
The new Peugeot 5008 will be presented publicly at the first Motor Show in Frankfurt in September 2009 and will then be released to European markets.

Acura ZDX prototype
Posted on April 14th, 2009 No commentsWhen Acura ZDX was revealed the immediate reaction was that Honda take on the BMW X6 design. The design shares the same fastback four-door SUV/crossover profile and is to the Acura RDX what the BMW X6 is to the BMW X5; it shares the same platform and most of its interior with its more conventional sibling. The Acura is a smaller-class it can be compared with the BMW X3 more than with X5 and is less off-road and aggressive in terms of design identity. Beyond its coupe-like crossover design, the most striking aspect of the ZDX is the way its crisp, diving side crease lifts up over the rear wheel. This feature line then runs, slightly lazily, up around the trailing edge of the C-pillar and forwards along the cant rail. Kia Sorento
Posted on April 9th, 2009 No commentsThe outgoing Kia Sorento may be known more for its affordable price tag than its luxury appointments, but the Korean automaker is looking to change that with a 2010 overhaul. And when we say overhaul, the transformation is complete, save for the carryover name. The new Sorento goes from a body-on-frame SUV to a unibody crossover. Not only does the new Sorento have a third row of seats and more cargo space, it’ll likely return superior fuel economy as well. The new Kia Sorento also wears more modern-looking sheet metal, a better looking interior, and amenities like iPod support. Engines for the US market haven’t yet been announced, but we’re expecting Kia’s 3.8L V6 and a base 2.4L four cylinder model.
